Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In its original packaging

  • In the same condition as received
    You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

👉 Opened or used cosmetic and personal care products are not eligible for return or refund due to hygiene and safety reasons.

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

If your return is approved, we will provide a return shipping label and instructions.


Damages & Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us within 5 days if:

  • The item is damaged

  • The item is defective

  • You received the wrong product

Photos are required so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Opened or used personal care and beauty products

  • Perishable goods

  • Custom or personalized items

  • Hazardous materials

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

If you have questions about whether your item qualifies, please contact us before opening the product.


Exchanges

Exchanges are only available for damaged, defective, or incorrect items.
The fastest way to receive a replacement is to contact us with photos so we can resolve the issue promptly.


European Union Customers

If your order is shipped to the European Union, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, provided the item is:

  • Unopened

  • Unused

  • In original packaging

👉 This right does not apply to opened personal care or cosmetic products due to hygiene regulations.


Refunds

Once your approved return is received and inspected, refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.
If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us.
