Shipping & Delivery Policy

Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

Once your order has been processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Times

Delivery times vary depending on your location. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • United States & International Orders:
    7–15 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or high demand periods.


Tracking Information

A tracking number will be provided as soon as your order ships.
Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after shipment.


Shipping Delays

While we strive to deliver all orders on time, delays may occasionally occur. Luxetiques is not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs clearance

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses

  • Force majeure events (weather, natural disasters, etc.)


Incorrect Address

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect address, reshipping fees may apply.


Lost or Missing Packages

If your tracking shows that your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first.
